My first dust collector was the Harbor Freight 2HP that a lot of people have, and like. It was a great collector, but didn't have enough power for what I needed. I considered going with a cyclone style collector but didn't really want to spend the money for one considering the specs I get from this Grizzly G0548ZP collector.

The dc arrived packaged really well with no blemishes. The assembly took a little over an hour and the instructions were actually pretty good. It's got plenty of suction and isn't that much louder than my harbor freight collector. 

I also had the pleasure of purchasing a remote to use with the  collector. After using it a few times, I can't believe I waited this long before buying one.
