Herringbone Cutting Board

I made a Walnut Herringbone Cutting Board for my wife. Pretty tedious but I was very happy with how it came out!

The glue up begins! The start of a tedious glue up. I would do a couple blocks most days for about two months or so.

That may be the longest glue-up in history, you've got the patience of a monk.

It really paid off though, terrific piece.

Thank you! I don’t think I have the patience for a second round, haha. At least unless I figured out a better way.

That's gorgeous. Would it helped/go faster if you pre-glued the boards long and cut the "L" out of that?
