This cherry liquor cabinet was built for my soon to be father-in-law. It features figured cherry side panels and partition, an integral wine rack, hand cut dovetails on the drawer, a magnetic door / drawer pull, and two hidden storage compartments. 

The side panels and center partition are veneered with shop-sawn veneer from two sequential cuts from the same log. The entire project (with the exception of the plywood core on the side panels) was built from the same tree. 

The two hidden storage compartments are a space under the drawer inside the cabinet, and a hidden drawer under the wine rack side. Both are accessed using the custom magnetic pull which is also used to open the cabinet door and drawer.
