This cherry shaker end table is from the plans originally published in Woodworking magazine, now merged with Popular Woodworking.  This is my second build from these plans, though I tried some new skills as part of this build.  First I tried to focus more on the material selection for key features, looking to match up grain patterns for ascetics on the legs and drawer front.  Second I also incorporated in some hand planing for tuning the drawer box.  Overall I am pleased with how it came out and looking forward to utilizing hand planes more.
