Simple Box

This is a little box project I made for my Dads 70th birthday. The design was completely based around a scrap of Birdseye Maple that I wanted to use for the top and bottom panel. I was eager to use my new band saw to resaw a book matched panel for the first time. Overall I was very pleased with the outcome of the box.
That's an awesome box. Love the wood combinations, too! Thanks for sharing.
