I love shop organization projects.  Anytime I can come up with a good solution for storing things in the workshop whether it be parts or tools I jump on it.  There nothing better than working in an organized space and being to find everything when you know where it belongs because it has a home.  A while back I purchased these bin storage trays from Harbor Freight.  I thought they'd be great for storing small parts/hardware or even some small tools.  They're great because you can customize them to meet your needs.  I even removed the bins in some and inserted some Kaizen foam for cutaway tool storage.  I hope this project inspires you do add some organization ideas in your workshop!
