Update On The Locking Miter Router Bit

I love finding new ways to save time when it comes to woodworking and am willing to shell out a few bucks to do so. So when I saw this locking miter router bit, I thought "Hey cool, that looks like it will do everything I need and I should be able to knock some boxes out!". Well, that may be the case some other brand locking miter bits, but it's just not the case for the Yonico bit. At least for me. I spent more time trying to dial it in than it would have taken me to cut 20 boxes at the table saw using my miter sled. With too many issues, I just couldn't justify recommending the router bit. Give the video a watch and see why.
