C-130 Swing

Just finished this swing for my daughter.  Saw multiple plans for plane swings, and since we're kind of attached to the C-130, figured we should make one of our own.

Should have taken pictures earlier.  Main body is 1x6 with a 2x4 core.  Wing is also 1x6.

Cut the top 2x4 to hang the swing from. Should help stabilize it so it swings straight.

Forgot to put the handle on, so I had to take the seat plank off to attach it.

My MacGyver method to sanding down the blocks for the engines.  Worked well enough, need a belt sander.

Plain Air Force grey. Got an oak dowel for the handle and wanted to keep it natural.

Daughter thinks it's pretty cool, a little scared of it now.  I expect she'll get more into it when she's older.
