I just finished this project, and it was designed to house a TV and its respective media components.  My clients have a beautiful collection of art, and wanted a way to hide their television while not in use, and accentuate their love of art in the process.  To add dimension and additional depth to a piece this large, I decided to try and add a lot of steps in thicknesses and widths, which can be viewed across the doors, all the way to the shiplapped back.  This pieces is made of Maple, Walnut and locally sourced Spalted Maple here in the PNW.  It measures 6' long, 40" tall and 20" deep.  The pictures provided are from a photo shoot I did before delivering.
