A sled made in an hour right after a big snow storm.  We didn't get out in time to get a sled so I build this out of 1/4 inch underlayment and some scrap select pine. This is joined with screws and I put a quick layer of wax on it to help it hold up.  This design turned out to be problematic as it wanted to go sideways and would dig into the snow.  I would add runners to help guide it straight if we used it again.
