This was an art piece of lyrics taken from a System of a Down song for a friend's birthday present. The back piece was scrap we had in the shop, similarly the front HOLLYWOOD logo out of scrap polycarbonate I picked up from a local glass shop for free (or ridiculously cheap). I wound up recutting the back lyrics two or three times finessing the depth of the cut and the angle of the cutting bit. The final piece is bolted together with 12"x1/4" bolts and rests on a shelf. I would like to do a variation of this with glow in the dark paint in the lettering.
