I bought a nice piece of marine grade Teak some years back and had always been planning on using it for a music box. I finally finished up the box. Hardware is Brusso stop hinges, humidor style lock and Sankyo Orpheus 3 song 50 note music movement. It sounds great.

I also made 5 lift out trays and a hidden compartment under the ring block. All trays and the box are lined with lambs-suede. 

This is the first music box I have made with an internal sleeve (Maple). Using the sleeve, I did not need to glue any of the internal dividers into the box carcass. They are all held in by the sleeves. The entire internals can be totally removed without tools should anything ever need servicing.
