Truck Bed

author-gravatar Bryan Sep 09, 2019

I built a truck bed for my grandson. The metal is a real 1966 Chevy pickup with the back of the cab cut off as the headboard and the tailgate as the footboard, The bed frame is built out of ash to represent an old-time, wood pickup box frame. The metal was all repainted to freshen up the body. But the back glass and taillights are original from the truck. Fun project, and my grandson loves it.

Thank you,

Bryan Paul    #Truckbed #1966 Chevypickup #Grandsonbed

Thank you for your kind words about the project.

Really like the work you're doing on Woodshop Life. I believe I have listened to every episode. Really learned a lot and enjoy the humor.  I struggle with letting go of a hard earned dollar also!
