After watching this video and your prior video on gel stain application, I was wondering how you deal with the "run-off" or overlap stain that drips over (i.e. stain running over the edge onto the side while you are applying stain to the top). I have had issues with regular stains where I get uneven blotches at the edges of my pieces due to this run-off. Is the gel different from regular oil stains and does it prevent that from happening? Or do I just need to be more careful in applying my stain?
