Nice! I would suggest some sort of "lip" for both the bottle area and the area below (which I assume is for glasses) that keeps the bottles and glasses from sliding out. Possibly even a fitted hole/recess? Also higher end bourbon's have a cork which should be stored on its side (like wine). I'd love to see a detailed close-up of the glass inset to the door if you have one.

Thanks. Why would the top sag? From moisture or just the weight of objects. 1” thick ash is tough stuff. I’m new to woodworking so this is helpful. Thank you

Beautifully done. Love me some hand cut dovetails👌🏻. This is great inspiration for my MidCentury modern coffee table that will have some of the same joinery.
