Recreation of a Shaker sewing desk, minus the drawer, and different edge profile. Legs were made in 2 pieces to maximize grain strength, mortised, then leg and feet assembled, glued, and pinned. I especially like the interlocking stretcher, battens, and legs. In real life the feet and leg are the same color but some trick of the light makes them look different in the photo.
