Cherry Hall Table

author-gravatar Sean Apr 24, 2020

My sister and her family needed to replace a crappy store bought table that was falling apart in their home so of course, I had to make one for them ha ha. The design isn't unique as it's just a basic table with a few curves to make it look a little better.

The joinery on this table was all Festool Domino. I needed to knock out this build as I have other things backed up that I need to build. for the finish, I applied 4-5 coats of a Semi-Gloss Arm-r-seal.

Wow Sean super nice! This is why Cherry is my favorite wood! Do you have any closeups of the drawer construction?

n/m just watched your video. I love the construction techniques you use especially the templating and router flush bit technique.

@WoodGate Thanks for the kind words! Yeah I can't live without my templates haha. Super handy to have.

looks great.  Like the beveled drawer fronts.  Happen to remember where you got that hardware?  Been looking for something similar.  Thanks!

@Huntermillff Yep, here's an affiliate link to Amazon for the pulls: https://amzn.to/3hVAvgD
