Sharpening System - Upgrades

I upgraded my sharpening capabilities with a CBN wheel and a new(ish) motor. Old grinder I had been using took a shit on me, so I made a few more adjustments. The CBN wheel is worth every penny.
CBN wheel driven by an 1100rpm motor from a furnace, 2 inch pulley on motor, 4 inch pulley on wheel shaft so I am getting about 550rpm at the wheel. Need to figure out what to put on the other side though...
The beginning, or what you get when you have a really shitty 6 inch high speed grinder that does not work at all for lathe chisels.
Mid point. White 8 inch wheel, new(ish) motor because shitty grinder took a shit.
